YBhg Dato’ Mohammad Azlan Abdullah
Group Chief Executive OfficerYBhg Dato’ Mohammad Azlan Abdullah, aged 51, was appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of PROLINTAS Group of Companies effective 1 March 2017.
Prior to joining PROLINTAS, he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad since 1 January 2012 after assuming the position of Chief Operating Officer on 15 October 2011. A Bachelor of Business Degree (Accountancy) graduate from University of Tasmania, Dato’ Mohammad Azlan is a fellow of the Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and Chartered Accountant, Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
He started his career in 1991 with Coopers & Lybrand before joining Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan (PLUS) Berhad a year later. During his time with PLUS from 1992 to 1999, Dato’ Mohammad Azlan was involved in the pre and post construction of the development of the North-South Expressways privatisation project. In 1999, he joined the President’s Office of the Renong Group (Property Division), overseeing the overall financial and operational performance of property companies within the group.
In 2001, he joined Big Tree Outdoor Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s leading outdoor advertising company as General Manager, and became the CEO in 2009. He attended the Asean Senior Management Development Program by Harvard Business School Alumni Club Malaysia (HBSACM) in 2009 and sits as EXCO member of HBSACM.

Malik Parvez Ahmad
Chief Operating Officer
(Commercial & Finance)Malik Parvez Ahmad, aged 50, joined Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (PROLINTAS) in 2008 as its Chief Financial Officer. He was made Chief Operating Officer (Finance & Administration) in 2016. He currently oversees the Commercial and Finance Division, Business Development Division, Corporate Communications Division, Human Capital Division, Procurement & Administration Division, Treasury Division, and Legal, Secretarial and Corporate Affairs Division.
He graduated from the International Islamic University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He attended the Achieving Outstanding Performance programme held in 2013 at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
He worked in KPMG Peat Marwick from 1993 to 1997 and by the end of his tenure, he was the Senior Auditor. In 1998, Malik joined Medtexx Partners Incorporated in the United States of America as an Accountant. From 2002 to 2004, he was the Financial Controller of D.B.E. Gurney Resources Berhad, a public listed company. He then went on to Latexx Partners Berhad, another public listed company until 2008.

Jamaludin Mohd Nor
General Manager,
Finance DivisionJamaludin Mohd Nor, aged 57, joined Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd in September 2017 as General Manager of the Budget Monitoring Division.
A graduate of the Emile Woolf College of Accountancy, London, he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, as well as a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick from 1987 to 1991. Thereafter he held senior level financial positions in industries covering construction, project management, property development, tertiary education and toll highway concession. Prior to joining PROLINTAS he was the Chief Financial Officer of SILK Holdings Berhad, a public listed company, between 2008 to 2017.

Azhari Karim
General Manager,
Corporate Services DivisionAzhari Karim, aged 53, joined Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd in 2008 as the General Manager of Human Capital Division. He is currently the General Manager of Purchasing, Administration & MIS Division (with effect from 1 September 2017) overseeing Purchasing, Administration and Information Technology Services for the Group.
With over 20 years aggregated management experience, he has served large multinational like Matsushita Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia and 2 years service in a Division Co in Kusatsu Japan. His career started at Public Bank Berhad, and continued in Matsushita Sdn Bhd, EON Berhad, Golden Hope Plantations Berhad and Dutchlady Milk Industries Berhad.
He holds a Diploma in Investment Analysis from Institut Teknologi MARA Malaysia, a Bachelor in Business Administration from Ohio University and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

Syamsul Farizz Bin Nadzeri
General Manager,
Contract MonitoringSyamsul Farizz Nadzeri, who joined PROLINTAS on 1 November 2019 as the General Manager of Contract Monitoring Division, brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in contracts and commercial management especially in large-scale multi-billion infrastructure projects and the operation and maintenance of public infrastructure assets. Syamsul started his career as a Management Trainee at Scomi Group Berhad, serving in various capacities which included a 3-year stint in India (Mumbai), before moving on to serve other large conglomerates and multinationals such as DRB-Hicom Berhad, Bombardier Inc. and Prasarana Malaysia Berhad. Prior to joining PROLINTAS, he was the Vice President, Head Contracts & Commercial for Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd, the operation and maintenance arm of Prasarana.
A certified Project Management Professional, Syamsul holds an MBA from Lancaster University, UK and a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia.

Dr. Rozaidi bin Abdul Rahim Razali
General Manager,
Integrity DepartmentDr. Rozaidi bin Abdul Rahim Razali, aged 47, was appointed as a General Manager of Integrity Department.
He holds a Doctorate focusing his thesis on Ethics Management from IBAS, Switzerland and among other qualifications that he earns is a Master Degree in Media Studies (by Research), Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication (Public Relation) from Universiti Teknologi Mara, and Diploma in Corporate Governance with the Basel Institute of Governance from Switzerland.
Aside from all the academic qualifications he also earns his professional certified qualification from reputable bodies and among them are Certified Integrity Officer (Practitioner) (Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy under MACC), Professional Certified Trainer and Facilitator (University of Malaya), SIRIM Certified Lead Auditor for Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS ISO 37001: 2016) and Certificate in Corporate Governance (Basel Institute of Governance, Switzerland).
Prior to coming on board to PROLINTAS, he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Penang Institute of Integrity.

Katheja Begum Kither Mohamed
General Manager, Corporate Communications DivisionKatheja Begum, who joined PROLINTAS in March 2020 as the General Manager of Corporate Communications Division, brings over 20 years of working experience in various capacities of strategic communications specializing in public relations, branding, media relations, marketing communications, corporate social responsibility and events across several industries.
She began her career in the hospitality industry with more than 10 years in various international hotel chains, and later moved to the corporate sector where she worked closely with Multinationals, SMEs, Start-Ups, government and other agencies.
She holds an MBA, majoring in International Business from the University of East London, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from University Putra Malaysia.

Ir. Rostam Shahrif Tami
Chief Operating Officer
(Project & Operations)Ir. Rostam Shahrif Tami, aged 53, was appointed Chief Operating Officer (Project & Operations) in 2016. He currently oversees PROLINTAS’ overall operations for projects and operations under its subsidiaries namely Projek Lintasan Kota Sdn Bhd, PROLINTAS Expressway Sdn Bhd, Projek Lintasan Shah Alam Sdn Bhd, Projek Lintasan Sungai Besi-Ulu Klang Sdn Bhd, Projek Lintasan Damansara-Shah Alam Sdn Bhd, Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd and Turnpike Synergy Sdn Bhd.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic of East London, England. He started his career in 1990 as a Structural/Bridge Engineer at Minconsult Sdn. Bhd. before joining Pengurusan Lebuhraya Bhd and later Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd. He joined PROLINTAS in January 1998.

Mohd Fuad bin Kamal Ariffin
General Manager,
Highway Operations
Mohd Fuad bin Kamal Ariffin, aged 57, was appointed General Manager of Highway Operations to oversee highway operations of AKLEH, LKSA, GCE and SILK.
Holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Economics from Laurentian University, Canada he has 32- year experience in highway industry. He started his career at Malaysian Highway Association (MHA) in 1987 as an administrative officer. He then joined PLUS, LITRAK and SMART. His last position before joining PROLINTAS was General Manager (Works Coordination) at GAMUDA-MMC.

YBhg Dato Ir. Latib Hj. Rasol
General Manager,
DASHYBhg Dato Ir. Latib Hj. Rasol, aged 52, was appointed General Manager in May 2011. He is currently overseeing the development of Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH).
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. He is a professional engineer registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia. He started his career in 1990 as a Construction Engineer at Pengurusan Lebuhraya Berhad. He then joined SMHB Sdn Bhd, Grand Saga Sdn Bhd and Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd. Before joining PROLINTAS in November 2006, he involved in the development of a few highway projects namely North-South Expressway (PLUS), Cheras-Kajang Highway and KL-Putrajaya Expressway (MEX).

Faizal Othman
General Manager,
SUKEFaizal bin Othman, aged 53, was appointed as General Manager of Projek Lintasan Sungai Besi – Ulu Klang Sdn Bhd. in January 2018. He is currently oversees operational project management and strategic planning of SUKE highway development.
He began his career as a Site Engineer with Jefrey Contractor Australia in 1989 on the construction of Princess Freeway. Between 1990 to 2005, he served with different construction companies and was involved in numerous acclaimed projects including Car and Truck Tunnel KLCC, LRT2 Underground Tunnel, Marinara Development and Army High-Rise Quarters in Sungei Besi.
He had an overseas stint from 2005 to 2012 with MMC-Saudi Binladin JV a developer of Jazan Economic City in Saudi Arabia before moving to Bahria Town Pvt Ltd for the overall planning on the masterplan development of a township in Islamabad, Pakistan.
He is a Civil Engineer by profession. He holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University, Australia.

Azmee Nin
General Manager,
Highway Asset Management and Monitoring DivisionAzmee Nin aged 57 was appointed as General Manager of Highway Asset Management and Monitoring Division.
He holds a degree Bachelor Science in Building (Distinction) from Glasgow College of Technology, Scotland.
He has vast experience in highway construction, operations and maintenance by serving PLUS for a series of highway projects such as NSE construction, PLUS Operations & Maintenance, Linkedua, ELITE highway and PLUS Expressways Bhd subsidiaries in India namely BKSP project in Mumbai and Indu Navayuga Infra Project Pvt Ltd in Trichy. From 2016 to 2019 he was involved in the construction of Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak before joining PROLINTAS in 2020.
