YBhg Datin Paduka Kartini binti Hj Abdul Manaf
ChairmanDatin Paduka Kartini binti Hj Abdul Manaf, a Malaysian, aged 57, was appointed as the Chairman of PROLINTAS Group of Companies on 15 April 2019.
She started her career with Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) in March 1983 and is presently its Deputy President, Strategic Investments. In her career spanning over 30 years at PNB, she had served in various capacities and had been involved in various aspects of investment management and corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, portfolio management, property investment as well as business development.
Datin Paduka Kartini currently holds directorships at UMW Holdings Berhad, Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad, Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan and PNB Inspire Partners Corporation.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, USA. She is also a Diploma in Banking Studies holder from MARA Technology University. Datin Paduka Kartini is a Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and a Securities Commission-licensed Capital Markets Services Representative.

YBhg Datuk Ir. Hamzah bin HasanDatuk Ir. Hamzah bin Hasan, a Malaysian, aged 66, was appointed to the Board of Directors of PROLINTAS Group of Companies since 18 June 2012. He is a member of the Project Monitoring Committee.
Datuk Ir. Hamzah served the Public Works Department for 23 years beginning from 1975 as a civil engineer. He subsequently helmed Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad as Group Managing Director from 1998 to 2002. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia from 2003 to 2010 and as Chairman from 2011 to 2014.
His forte lies strongly in Construction Management, International Relations, Project Management, Risk Management and Corporate Management. During the tenure helming CIDB as the Chief Executive, in collaboration with industry players, he managed to achieve the Construction Industry Master Plan (CIMP 2006-2015), the Industrialised Building System (IBS) Road Map, the Construction Labour Exchange Centre Berhad (CLAB), the Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM) and the Safety and Health Master Plan. For his contributions to the industry, Datuk Ir. Hamzah was awarded the Silver Award in 2014 by the Master Builders Associations Malaysia (MBAM) and a Special Recognition Award by CIDB in the Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Awards 2014.
He serves as the Director of CIDB Inventures Sdn. Bhd., an Independent Non-Executive Director of IJM Corporation Berhad since 16 November 2012 and Kumpulan Europlus Berhad since 2 January 2015. He also served as an Independent and Non-Executive Director of Lysaght Galvanized Steel Berhad from 20 August 2014 to 30 June 2015. Datuk Ir. Hamzah holds directorships on the board of several other organizations.
Datuk Ir. Hamzah holds a Masters of Science (Construction Management) from Loughborough University and received his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) from Glasgow University, United Kingdom. He is a Professional Engineer of the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
He is the Patron for the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Malaysia, a member of Accreditation Committee of Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). He is also a fellow with CIOB, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (RICS), the Institute of Engineer Malaysia (IEM), the Institute of Value Engineering Malaysia (IVEM), the Asean Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO) and an Honorary Fellow with Project Management Institution Malaysia (PMI). He is also a member for both the Road Engineering Malaysia Association of Asia & Australasia (REAAA) and Engineering Accreditation Council (AEC).

YBhg Dato’ Ikmal Hijaz bin HashimDato’ Ikmal Hijaz bin Hashim, a Malaysian, aged 64, was appointed to the Board of Directors of PROLINTAS Group of Companies on 19 May 2017. He is a member of the Project Monitoring Committee, Audit Committee, Tender Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
He began his career in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service of the Government from 1976 to 1990. He then joined United Engineers (Malaysia) Berhad as the General Manager of the Malaysian-Singapore Second Crossing Project. On 1 January 1993, he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad and subsequently as its Managing Director from January 1995 to June 1999 and remained as a Director until November 2001. He was then appointed as the Managing Director of Prolink Development Sdn Bhd in July 1999. In February 2000, he was appointed President of the Property Division of the Renong Group while maintaining his position as Managing Director of Prolink Development Sdn. Bhd. He held the position of Managing Director of Renong Berhad from 2002 until October 2003. From 2003 to 2007, he was appointed as the CEO of Pos Malaysia Berhad as well as the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Pos Malaysia & Services Holdings Berhad. He then moved on to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) from February 2007 until end of February 2009.
His directorships in other public companies include EP Manufacturing Berhad, Nadayu Properties Berhad, Scomi Engineering Berhad and MB World Group Berhad (formerly known as Emas Kiara Industries Berhad).
Dato’ Ikmal Hijaz holds a Master of Philosophy (Land Management) from University of Reading, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from University of Malaya.

Puan Rita Elisabeth IypePuan Rita Elisabeth Iype, a Malaysian, aged 57, was appointed to the Board of Directors of PROLINTAS Group of Companies since 19 April 2013. She is also a member of the Audit Committee and Tender Committee.
She is presently a partner of Messrs Zainal Abidin & Co, an established law firm in Kuala Lumpur where she has been active in the legal practice for the past 25 years.
Puan Rita also holds directorships at various other organisations including Mace Consulting Sdn. Bhd., Inner Beauty Sdn. Bhd., Panaga Sdn. Bhd., among others.
She obtained her Bachelor of Law from Monash University.

Encik Mohd Irwan bin Ahmad MustafaEncik Mohd Irwan bin Ahmad Mustafa, a Malaysian, aged 37, was appointed as a Director of PROLINTAS Group of Companies since 5 October 2017. He is also a member of the Project Monitoring Committee and Tender Committee.
He is the Senior Vice President of Private Investments & Special Projects of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). Prior to joining PNB, he was with Ekuiti Nasional Berhad as a Director Investment from December 2011 to July 2017. He also served as Vice President, Business Development at Integrax Berhad, Halim Rasip Holdings Sdn. Bhd. from December 2009 to November 2011. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Capital Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Associate and was later promoted to Manager, Corporate Finance from March 2004 to November 2009.
Encik Mohd Irwan holds a graduate diploma (ICAA) Accounting from the Institute Chartered Accountant Australia, a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
